Use Android phone as modem to send SMS and MMS

Why use Android phone instead of USB modem?
  1. Older GSM phones often allowed external software to send and receive SMS messages with a serial port interface, but most modern phones do not support this functionality anymore.
  2. Purchase USB modem need additional cost.
  3. Many operators already disable 2G and 3G network, but most of 4G modem work on ethernet mode not serial port mode, Software can not work fine on modem which run with ethernet mode.
  4. Mobile operators do not think USB stick modems support MMS, so in some cases, MMS support is disabled if the operator detects a USB stick modem.

Install GSM Modem Emulator application .

Just need 2 steps to configure android app:

1.Click menu 'Configure Default App' to configure app as default SMS app.

2.Click menu 'Start/stop control panel' to start working.

 

Attention: Please enable WIFI on Android phone then SMSDeliverer is able to connect android phone by local intranet IP address.

How to connect android phone to send message?
It's same as use modem, just need run 'Phone detector' then add the android phone to software.
 
As part of Android protection against spamming, Android will check to make sure you haven't sent more than 30 SMS messages to anyone within a span of 30 minutes. about how to remove the limit please refer to 'Workaround for remove Android SMS Limit'
